Mud Creek Brewery is in phase 1 of 3. This first phase consists of all the things we need to do in order to legally produce and sell beer. In this phase we will be wholesale only, phase two adds a tasting room, and phase 3 is the beer hall.
Currently we are working on the approvals we need with the secretary of state, the Town of Greenfield, and the New York State Liquor Authority. Unfortunately, the wheels of bureaucracy do not spin as fast as the wheels of excited entrepreneurs so we are continuing to be patient.
We are also working on perfecting our flagship recipes with hopes to hold some tasting parties in the very near future to get feedback on our handcrafted, handmade, craft beers and hard cider. If you would like to be included please be sure to jump on our mailing list!
